Pattern Printing Instructions
You print the patterns by first downloading them to your PC. Go to the pattern page
by clicking on the thumbnail image for each pattern. The pattern is the
black/white/gray picture at the bottom of the pattern page. Right click on the
pattern image, and select "Save Image As", or "Save Picture As", and save the file
to your hard drive.
Once you've saved the pattern, use a paint program such as Paintshop Pro
(free trial download, see below...), or Gimp (Freeware download, see below) to print
the pattern. Open the file you saved in the first step with the paint program. Then
use the "Page Setup" under the "File" dropdown to set the image to "Fit to Page",
and select either "Portrait" or "Landscape" depending on how you would like your
pattern to print. Some patterns look better in Portrait, and others better in
Landscape, but you can print patterns either way. Click OK when you're done.
After you've made your page setup selections, print the pattern using the
"File/Print" dropdown.
